Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
