Chartwell Investment Partners is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to manage retirement plan conversions and ensure accurate onboarding processes. The role is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates who can work in a hybrid model, and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in financial services

Job Summary

  • Manage a select group of qualified and nonqualified retirement plan conversions, which may include all aspects of plan on-boarding to NWPS systems, overseeing conversion timelines, trust accounting, participant notices, plan documents, and data wrangling.
  • An in-office, three-day-a-week hybrid schedule for a candidate local to one of our offices is preferred, but fully remote work is possible for candidates with retirement plan onboarding expertise.
