5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services
Covering multiple countries (Cluster experience)
Advanced experience in Workday HCM
Comfortable navigating business process (BP) flows and reporting
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or carve-outs is a significant advantage
Ability to explain complex HR policies or system requirements clearly
