  • Solid grasp of HACCP allergen control and cold chain
  • Ability to read recipes in metric weights

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with sorbet vegan high-protein formulations
  • Prior MUIS-certified kitchen experience
  • Basic Excel inventory system literacy
  • Genuine love for the craft tinkering with recipes
  • F&B production background

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on gelato production experience
  • Working knowledge of gelato formulation systems
  • Experience operating Carpigiani Bravo or equivalent batch freezers
  • Singaporean PR or LTVP+ holder status required
