Job Summary

  • This individual will be part of the senior leadership team for the West Transportation Business Line and will have full P&L responsibility for the Construction Management and Construction Engineering Inspection (CM-CEI) Division.
  • We are seeking a growth-minded leader with strong, established relationships across State Departments of Transportation, major municipalities (cities and counties), Regional Mobility Authorities, and Toll Authorities within the Gulf Coast Geography.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of leadership, strategy, growth and P&L operations experience
  • Registered Civil Engineer in TX and LA or ability to obtain in 6 months
  • 20+ years of relevant engineering and project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management
