Contribute to the evaluation of new emerging human hepatic models that offer better prediction of cytochrome P450 induction and allow for more reliable anticipation of drug-drug interaction risk before clinical trials.
Participate in the In Vitro culture of primary hepatocytes in 2D, 3D, co-culture and contribute to model characterization via basal marker expression and CYP induction using reference compounds.
