Job Summary

  • The CRM & Lifecycle Senior Specialist will own the vision, strategy, and execution framework for CRM and email marketing across all Oberalp brands.
  • This role will act as the central governance point for CRM processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and performance across multiple brands and markets.
  • The position will lead the development of a unified CRM operating model, manage the intake and prioritization of requests, and drive automation and personalization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
