Job Summary
The CRM & Lifecycle Senior Specialist will own the vision, strategy, and execution framework for CRM and email marketing across all Oberalp brands.
This role will act as the central governance point for CRM processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and performance across multiple brands and markets.
The position will lead the development of a unified CRM operating model, manage the intake and prioritization of requests, and drive automation and personalization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
