Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR analyst/specialist experience
  • HRMS super user experience (preferably Workday)
  • University degree in Commerce or Business Administration with HR concentration
  • Experience with compensation theory, principles, and practices
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong data mining, quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
