Workday is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to support U.S. federal contracts, emphasizing a collaborative culture and a commitment to mission-driven work. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, particularly with object-oriented programming languages, and must hold or be eligible for a high-level security clearance

Job Summary

  • This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and QA Engineers on functional design and analysis of requirements, lead the design and development of products in a metadata-driven environment.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $163,800 USD - $245,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $148,200 USD - $264,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for bonus plan or commission/bonus and annual refresh stock grants

  • Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading agile/scrum teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
