Job Summary
Serves as an Executive Assistant within the College of Engineering (CoE), Dean’s Suite and provides administrative support to assigned senior staff member(s).
Manages calendar and events, scheduling appointments, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing commitments; initiates and processes national and international travel requests and reimbursements.
Collaborates with other administrative professionals to ensure all time-critical administrative needs of the Dean's Suite are met.
