** Citi is seeking a Client Onboarding Junior Analyst to join their EMEA Trade and Treasury Services team in a hybrid work environment in Poland. The role focuses on client account openings, documentation processing, and enhancing the client experience, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. **

Job Summary

  • The EMEA Trade and Treasure Services (TTS) Onboarding Team is responsible for account opening, account maintenance, technical integration, and onboarding of all Cash Management products across the Citi Treasury and Trade product suite.
  • As TTS Documentation Specialist you will be responsible for engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders as part of the Account Opening and/or Account Maintenance processes.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Corporate Customer Service, KYC, Financial Client Onboarding and/or Project Management
  • Experience in a process-driven, documentation, or legal environment preferred
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Readiness to work during public holidays on a rotational basis
