Job Summary
This role leads on-site maintenance staff in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and manages all vendor/contractor scheduling and project coordination for assigned sites.
The Associate Director will inspect work performed by contractors, coordinate with the Capital Projects Group, and develop contract renovation schedules, monitoring progress and holding contractors accountable.
