Job Summary
This position is responsible for the coordination of the entire transplant process from day of referral to time of transplant for potential heart and lung transplant candidates.
The role serves as a liaison for the transplant team with pulmonologists, cardiologists, consulting services, dietetics, social services and insurance company representatives.
Candidates must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and formulate an appropriate course of action in collaboration with the transplant team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Level Degree Required
Graduate from an approved school of nursing
Current Ohio License
BSN preferred
Prior transplant experience preferred
Current Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) certification preferred
