Job Summary
Assists the nursing staff in the provision of basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, including personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and mobility.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment and may be required to transport medications as authorized by Pharmacy Services.
Observes, collects, documents, and reports patient vital signs, intake and output, and weights, and reports any changes or concerns to the primary caregiver.
