This role serves as the strategic and operational lead for a specific para sport programme including Para Swimming, Para Athletics, or Boccia.
The successful candidate will manage the full high performance cycle from quadrennial planning through to the LA28 Paralympic Games and ASEAN Para Games 2029.
Key responsibilities include developing athlete pathways, coordinating integrated support services like sport science and medicine, and managing team logistics for major international competitions.
