Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Post-secondary HR training or TAFE certificate
Experience in generalist HR Advisor role
Knowledge of national and state regulatory frameworks
Understanding of employment legislation and government policy
Strong stakeholder management experience

Contractual and commercial awareness
Experience leading HR initiatives or projects
Social awareness and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with national teams

Key Requirements
Degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Legal, Finance or associated disciplines
Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks
