pediatric and adult phlebotomy procedures
clinical assessments and vital signs monitoring
protocol-driven clinical research environment
bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
electronic medical records proficiency

experience with clinical trial monitors
knowledge of FDA, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA standards
prior clinical research experience
strong organizational and multitasking skills

Key Requirements
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Puerto Rico
Minimum 6 years clinical setting experience
Minimum 4 years pediatric and adult phlebotomy experience
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Understanding or willingness to train in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
