8+ years IT experience
2+ years leading IT architects
Deep expertise in Cloud integration data AI/ML
Hands-on software design and conceptual architecture
Hybrid cloud or cloud-native delivery experience

Strong communication and storytelling skills
Experience with architecture modeling tools
Agile and SAFe methodology experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience
Minimum 2 years as an architect
2-4+ years leading groups of IT architects
Technical depth in at least four areas: Cloud, integration, data, AI/ML
