Job Summary
This role involves the day-to-day medical management of up to 20 Rehab@Home patients and 2 Pathways to Home patients through home visits and telehealth consultations.

Bachelor Medicine Bachelor Surgery degree
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years postgraduate clinical experience
Participation in Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine training
Valid Driver's License required
National Coordinated Criminal History Check

Key Requirements
