Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph and significant experience in the cyber operational community.

5 years plans strategy policy doctrine development
Intimate familiarity with military operations phases
Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities

Joint Professional Military Education Phase II
Experience supporting 2-Star level staff
Familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure
Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner
Key Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
BA/BS degree plus 12 years experience or Master's plus 10 years
5+ years recent experience in cyber doctrine development
5+ years experience in operational planning for military organizations
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification preferred
