Job Summary
Under close supervision, this role intercepts, documents, troubleshoots, resolves, and communicates issues via phone and ticket system.
Provides operational support for all internal employees and external customers, managing general internal inquiries and connecting external customers with their local branch.
Assists with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, and works with IT Departments to enhance current and future Motion Systems.
