Job Summary

  • Under close supervision, this role intercepts, documents, troubleshoots, resolves, and communicates issues via phone and ticket system.
  • Provides operational support for all internal employees and external customers, managing general internal inquiries and connecting external customers with their local branch.
  • Assists with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, and works with IT Departments to enhance current and future Motion Systems.
