The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively during nightshift hours
Strong communication skills with nursing supervisors
