Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
Fluency in English required
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Hands-on manufacturing environment experience
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts
Experience with Power BI or Power Apps
Previous internship or co-op experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Extracurricular involvement in student organizations
Key Requirements
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year
Pursuing bachelor's degree in related field
