Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring the company's products meet all applicable regulatory, sustainability, safety, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and maintain relevant regulatory, sustainability, safety and industry standards, including BABA, BAA, LEED, DOT, Prop65, and NSF61.
  • The work location for this position will either be on-site in Miamisburg, OH, 8-5 Monday through Friday, or in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule two days a week.

Key Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • MS/MA and 2-4 years of experience
  • Certification required in some areas
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or product safety
  • Advanced degree or certification in compliance or regulatory affairs
  • Experience with construction materials and product safety programs
  • Knowledge of third-party testing and certification processes
