Programme Executive Job Description The Programme Executive will assist community workers with programme implementation, and community development activities in public rental blocks. The Programme Executive will work with a team of community workers, local partners such as grassroots’, schools, as well as community members including caregivers, youths and children, forging meaningful relationships and sustainable partnerships. 1. Oversee and implement the assigned regular projects and programmes for community development in public rental blocks across various locations in Singapore. Programmes that strengthen the community, promote learning for young children, youth development, and foster networks with the parents and caregivers. 2. Oversee the financial assistance applications, including liaison and administrative areas. 3. Assist to plan and implement initiatives with community members. 4. Support with volunteers and stakeholders engagement and management. 5. Provide administrative support in record keeping and tracking of both quantitative and qualitative data. 6. Perform any other responsibilities and duties assigned. Requirements · Diploma in Social Work or related field. · Preferably 2 years’ experience in community work practice or related field. · Possesses a keen interest in working with less resourced families, children and youth. · Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects effectively. · An excellent team player with good interpersonal and listening skills. · Motivated towards learning and professional development. · Flexible, and open to adapt to organisational changes or ground concerns. · Good writing skills and comfortable with data collation for reporting purposes. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Willing and able to work on some weekday evenings and weekends. 2 working locations: 26 Jalan Klinik, #01-42/52, Singapore 160026 75 Whampoa Drive Singapore 320075
