Job Summary

  • Ensure and maximize fleet availability for customers through effective management and reporting on all fleet maintenance, repair and service of rolling stock powerpacks.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, with team leaders and supervisors, and create and roll out all internal KPI performance reporting on a periodic basis.
  • Provide proactive customer relationship management to cover all fleet issues and look for new revenue opportunities to support the sales team.
