Job Summary

• The Manufacturing Engineer Special Process will plan and design product applications and machinery, organizing highly complex activities for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of heat exchanger manufacturing processes.
• Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness, including determining root causes of failures using statistical methods.
• Review product designs for manufacturability or completeness, including purchasing equipment, materials, or parts and preparing documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.
