Job Summary
Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport and monitors vehicle maintenance logs for scheduled upkeep.
Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patients weighing up to 70 pounds and demonstrate safe clinical based transfer techniques.

Key Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 25 years old
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
No traffic crimes in last 7 years
Pass drug screen and background check
Completed CNA training with maintained certification
