Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining a warm and calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, report incidents, and cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs.
