Job Summary
Provide specialized skin care and wound treatment services to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans and confer with physicians regarding dermatologic care needs.
Accurately document resident assessments, treatments, and responses in the medical record while maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
