Johnson Controls is seeking a Pre-construction Estimator for major projects, primarily focused on low voltage electrical installations. This remote position involves developing accurate cost models, managing supplier relationships, and working closely with various teams to optimize project procurement

Job Summary

  • As a Pre-Construction Low Voltage Electrical Estimator, you will be the main procurement contact for your assigned branch office partnering directly with our Major Projects Team to develop accurate installation cost models for our projects.
  • This individual will coordinate all operational procurement activities, utilizing the systems, processes and procedures governing the procurement of subcontract labor while ensuring compliance with BOS procedures and DOA (Delegation of Authority) requirements.
  • This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
