• You will be responsible for translating Michelin global defined CRM and digital approaches into effective UK & ROI execution, ensuring campaigns, journeys and tools deliver measurable results locally.
• The role is strongly operational, with a focus on turning central direction into high-quality territory-level delivery that improves customer journeys, campaign performance and digital maturity.
• This includes adapting centrally defined frameworks and standards to suit UK & ROI customer needs, ensuring communications are well-targeted, personalised and aligned with best practice, while supporting the growth, quality and effective use of the customer database.
