A Director of Construction at a large developer is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire construction process for a portfolio of large-scale projects, from conception to completion.
Working in close collaboration with the development team, the director of construction is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of the construction phase, including delivery and post-construction matters (ie. warrantee).
