Job Summary
This role will have a high level of visibility across the organization as it is critical to the growth agenda of our business and the gum R&D organization.
You will plan, lead and manage complex technically focused projects while using your technical gum expertise to guide, direct and influence activities lead by others.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
