Job Summary

  • The Associate Director will support the deployment of BDE Fundamental tools by leading training events and facilitating kaizens across BD’s Business Units, Regions, and Corporate Functions.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with BD Excellence leaders to drive adoption of tools, owning and assisting in the development of Lean tool training materials, and becoming a Certified Practitioner in core BD Excellence Fundamental tools.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience in a business system culture
  • Significant experience leading CI/Lean talent development in Finance/HR
