  • It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
  • The cook must maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner and prepare tasteful meals including special diets.
  • The position requires supervising dietary staff during the supervisor's absence and assisting with meal service while ensuring compliance with health standards.

  • Must remain in good standing with Department of Public Health
