The cook must maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner and prepare tasteful meals including special diets.
The position requires supervising dietary staff during the supervisor's absence and assisting with meal service while ensuring compliance with health standards.

Key Requirements

Must remain in good standing with Department of Public Health
