Base: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, savings plan, PTO

Must-have

  • Supervisory responsibilities for integrated support elements
  • Daily operations management of a team
  • Cost, schedule, and technical performance responsibility
  • Active DoD Secret or higher clearance
  • Willingness to work flexible and on-call schedules

Nice-to-have

  • Military aviation operational flight line experience
  • Aviation and Aerospace industry operational experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software

Key Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience
  • 1 year of leading teams or project
  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport
  • Must accept customer furnished quarters
  • Must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel
  • Must have active DoD Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance
