The Build Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians building the primary and secondary structures for Starship and Super Heavy vehicles.
This role requires an inspiring leader who works side by side with their build team to drive progress on an hour-by-hour and day-by-day basis.
Candidates must be available to work extended hours, weekends, and shifts ranging from 6:00am to 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years final assembly experience
2+ years leading a team or project
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Availability for 1st or 2nd shift schedules
Nice-to-have
Experience applying lean manufacturing principles
Familiarity with design for manufacturability
Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and FMEA
Experience transitioning teams from development to production
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in aviation, aerospace, or mechanical systems
5+ years of experience in final assembly production
2+ years of leadership experience
U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status per ITAR
A&P license (Preferred)
