  • The Business Development Lead is responsible for identifying, developing and driving customer growth across both Builder and Renovator accounts.
  • This role will drive growth through acquiring new customers, developing existing relationships and delivering expert service on our brand and product portfolio, by achieving personal sales targets and strategic deliverables.
  • This role works across specified Bathroom Life branches (assigned based on growth potential) to identify strong sales leads, nurturing and engaging them through the sales funnel to opportunity conversion and amplify Reece’s brand presence in the bathroom space.
