Job Summary
Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport and monitors vehicle maintenance logs for scheduled upkeep.
Must be flexible with work time and able to perform safe clinical based transfer techniques for mobile and wheelchair-bound patients.

Key Requirements

Minimum age of 25 years
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
No traffic crimes in last 7 years
Pass drug screen and background check
Completed CNA training with maintained certification
