The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly in the travel industry, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Summary

  • The Sales Team Manager will be primarily responsible for driving Allotment and Charter sales revenue, proposing and implementing the Sales Development Strategy across key markets, and leading the Sales team.
  • The person is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Tour Operators and corporate partners, identifying new partners and opportunities, streamlining processes, and driving digitalization and automation within the Sales area to increase team efficiency.
