Must-have

  • Time served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • City & Guilds Part 1/2 or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification
  • Experience managing contractors and service engineers
  • Understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and law
  • Knowledge of Legionella prevention requirements

Nice-to-have

  • Fire safety or Fire Risk Assessment training
  • Duel or multi-skilled with core preferably Electrical
  • Experience in line managing in a Maintenance Environment
  • Understanding of Quality Management and continuous improvement
  • Positive can-do attitude and friendly approach

Key Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Part 1/2 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Time served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline
  • Experience in line managing within a Maintenance Environment
  • DBS background check clearance required
