This position involves developing policies, conducting training, overseeing customer satisfaction surveys, and maintaining communication with families, residents, and community leaders.
The role requires participation in community service groups, managing emergency public relations, and conducting regional meetings for training and development.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Ten years marketing/public relations healthcare experience
Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Supervisory experience including hiring and budgeting
