Develop a comprehensive CMDB strategy, lead governance by establishing policies and standards, and direct the architecture and data integrity frameworks for reliability and scalability.
Collaborate closely with ITSM teams and business units to define requirements, develop use cases, and provide training and support to maximize CMDB adoption and value.

Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Integration Hub
Strong background in ServiceNow Service Mapping
Extensive experience in ServiceNow reporting and analytics
