Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest degree of quality care for residents.
• You will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility’s programs and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
• The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with community groups and local hospital leadership, as well as ensuring all employees, residents, and families are treated with respect.
