Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents safely within facility

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Key Requirements
