Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining and updating price lists in Oracle, coordinating with Finance to resolve billing and collection issues, and supporting customer requests for quotes and pricing.
Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
