  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience

  • WBS and IMS baseline management
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies

  • MS in STEM or MBA degree preferred
  • Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Process maturation in EMD and Production

  • Block Point Change schedule management

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years experience OR Master's plus 8 years
  • Minimum 5 years formal people leadership experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance within 6 years
  • US Citizenship required for government clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
