Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced QEHS Manager to lead the organization’s quality, environmental, health and safety initiatives.
  • This role will oversee compliance with regulatory and ISO standards, manage incident investigations, conduct audits and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across all operations while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • The QEHS Manager will implement crisis management and business continuity plans, provide regular reporting to senior management, and ensure all employees receive proper safety training.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
  • BizSafe Level 2 certification
  • Managing Work-At-Height (WAH) certification
  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
  • Registered FSM with SCDF preferred
  • Minimum 5 years QEHS & BCM experience
  • At least 3 years team management experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 45001, 22301
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
