Job Summary

  • The purpose of the role is to establish a differentiated channel offer for Castrol in the workshop space, Service & Maintenance set up, demonstrating knowledge about customers, competitors, and trends & car service market as well as adjacent categories, to drive brand delivery in line with our ambition.
  • Implement consumer acquisition and retention journeys from awareness → booking → service → repeat usage, driving D2C leads and bookings into partner workshops through performance marketing, affiliates, and auto platforms.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to deliver with strong execution discipline and multi-tasking
